Invoices will be emailed at the end of each month after we agree on lesson dates in writing. Biweekly payments are due on the 1st and 15th of each month. If paying by the week payment is due by the beginning of each lesson.
Payments can be made via venmo, quickpay, zelle, cashapp, or the mymusicstaff invoice. Cash is also accepted.
Lessons canceled by Dr. Knight will be rescheduled.
Students and parents may email or text Dr. Knight.
Attendance and Dismissal Policy
To provide the best chance for rescheduling, written notification of conflicts must be given before the first lesson of the month. Anticipated, mandatory conflicts (school or youth orchestra performances, standardized testing, etc.) should be addressed at the first lesson of the semester (once school starts) or when the monthly scheduling email is sent.
Students should not attend lessons sick. If a student is noticeably ill, is coughing and/or sneezing, or running a fever during a lesson they will be asked to leave.
Cancellation and rescheduling requests for any reason (including illness) are dependent upon Dr. Knight’s availability.
To retain a recurring lesson time, a minimum of 48 hours written notice must be given for canceled lessons regardless of the reason. The only exceptions for cancellations the day of the lesson include emergencies of student illness. After two cancellations, the recurring lesson time may be given to a student on the waiting list.
Lessons canceled by Dr. Knight will be rescheduled.
